Floor Bicycle Exercises do not require any specific equipment, just a comfortable place to lie on the floor!
- Lie on your back – keep legs straight
- Tighten abdomen muscles
- Lift one leg
- Bend leg and raise elbow on same side of body so knee touches elbow
- Lower and repeat on other side in a bicycle movement
- For more advanced you can use elbow and knee on opposite sides
