Foods To Avoid To Steer Clear Of Adding The Pounds
There are a number of foods to avoid for getting rid of stomach fat, and unfortunately it is becoming more and more difficult to do so.
The agribusiness industry, in the pursuit of more efficiency and profit, has consolidated to the point that the average diet is skewed from healthy historical ingredients.
This is because in much of the processing of food it is being mass-farmed. Most mass produced foods are foods to avoid!
Foods To Avoid –Corn, Soy, and Wheat!
If you purchase eggs at the store, or fish at the store, or meat at the store, or even vegetables at the store you need to consider how they were produced.
Historically, the total percentage of our daily calories derived from corn, soy, and wheat was less than 2%.
Want to take a guess at that that level is now? Incredibly, the percentage of calories we receive from corn, soy, and wheat is now over 65% for the average person!
That clearly makes corn, soy, and wheat foods to avoid – or at least foods to avoid to the extent that their percentage of your daily calorific intake needs to be more balanced!
Think about where the chicken you buy, or the beef you buy, or the eggs you buy come from. The cows and the chickens are farm fed with huge quantities of corn, soy, and wheat.
This is a relatively recent trend and it means that the store bought beef, eggs, or chickens are much less healthy for you today than they were 50 years ago!
Staying away from processed foods is one of the only options for getting the calorific balance more in line. With processed foods you haven’t a chance. And the downsides of having such an imbalance are evident all around us. Blend in some easy ab workouts and you will be in great shape!
Why is obesity a growing problem? What are the causes of increased hypertension problems? Why are heart problems so more prevalent?
I think you can figure out the answer!
